Before Surgery
- — Complete all required medical clearances and lab work in advance.
- — Stop tobacco, nicotine, and certain supplements as directed.
- — Arrange for a responsible adult to accompany you on the day of surgery.
- — Follow fasting instructions provided by our anesthesia team.
After Surgery
- — Wear compression garments as instructed for proper contouring.
- — Walk gently and frequently to support circulation and recovery.
- — Attend scheduled follow-ups and lymphatic drainage sessions.
- — Avoid strenuous activity until cleared by Dr. Gelb.
Specific instructions vary by procedure and are provided in writing during your pre-operative visit.
