One surgeon, end to end.
Dr. Gelb personally leads every consultation, surgical plan, and follow-up. There is no rotating handoff. Continuity is part of the result.
The patients we serve tend to have already done their research. They are not looking for a salesperson — they are looking for a surgeon. Here is what to expect, and how the practice is built.
Surgical planning measured in millimeters. Markings, incisions, and contour transitions are designed before the operating room — not improvised in it.
Results judged against the patient’s own frame. Waist-to-hip, shoulder-to-waist, breast-to-torso — proportion is the brief, never a borrowed silhouette.
Technique selection rooted in current peer-reviewed literature and outcomes data. Trends are evaluated against evidence before they enter the plan.
A philosophy informed by the Renaissance anatomist-artists — shape understood in layers, refined through contemporary surgical practice.
Dr. Gelb personally leads every consultation, surgical plan, and follow-up. There is no rotating handoff. Continuity is part of the result.
Consultations are unhurried and clinical: history, anatomy, goals, and constraints. We draw the plan only after we understand the patient — and only when the procedure is the right answer.
Every plan is calibrated to tissue quality, fat distribution, skin envelope, and recovery considerations. Imaging, measurements, and surgical mapping are completed before the day of surgery.
No two anatomies are the same and no two plans should be either. Procedures are sequenced and combined based on the patient — not a packaged protocol.
HD VASER for high-definition lipocontouring, Quantum RF for skin tightening, Aveli for cellulite — selected when they improve the result, not by default. Technology serves the plan.
Conservative case selection, monitored anesthesia, and a structured recovery pathway with lymphatic support, scar protocols, and clinical follow-up at every stage.
